    Sixty One Steps

    Location: Fully remote. Chennai-based candidates preferred.

    Experience: 0-2 years

    Compensation: 2.8-3.2 LPA fixed

    Engagement: Full-time


    The role


    Run day-to-day marketing for a B2B consulting practice and an in-house SaaS product, and own one growth experiment each quarter. Most of your time goes to publishing and coordination. The rest goes to figuring out what moves the numbers.


    Strategy and direction come from the founders. You execute, coordinate, and propose tests.


    What you will do

    Build and own the monthly content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram across both businesses, against themes set by the founders.Publish posts and infographics on schedule. Build visuals in Canva using provided brand kits.Coordinate with the SEO and dev teams to keep website blogs updated - new posts, refreshes, on-page hygiene.Run LinkedIn outreach using existing scripts. Track replies, follow up, hand off qualified leads.Own one growth experiment per quarter - propose it, run it, measure it, share what you learned. Examples: a landing page A/B test, a new outreach segment, a content format test, a referral loop.Send a weekly numbers update - reach, replies, leads, signups, top posts, experiment status.


    Growth path


    Months 1-3: prove you can ship consistently. Calendar and publishing become reliable.Months 4-6: first growth experiment runs. You start owning a funnel metric.Months 6+: budget authority for paid experiments unlocks based on track record.

Specific, grounded, no buzzwords.You are on LinkedIn daily and can tell what reads as real versus generic.You have shipped something - personal project, internship, freelance, side hustle. Real artifacts, not skill lists.You are fluent in Canva and comfortable with sheets and trackers.You can plan a month of content ahead and coordinate across teams without dropping balls.You think in numbers - open rate, conversion, click-through, not just likes and reach.You are curious about what works and why. You read growth case studies for fun.Bonus: B2B or SaaS exposure, Zoho ecosystem familiarity, your own content account, basic Google Analytics or LinkedIn analytics fluency.
