    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced professional to lead (IFM) Recruitment in Bangalore.

    Key roles include to manage high-volume staffing for new site mobilizations, front-line staffing, with significant exposure to blue-collar or industrial volume hiring.


    Key Responsibilities


    Responsible for providing quality talent to internal customers within a specified timeframe with a continuous focus on building a talent pool for the future.


    Key Responsibilities

    Bulk Hiring & Mobilization: Executing volume hiring for housekeepers, technicians, and facility executives, particularly for new project mobilizations.Experience : 10-15 years' in blue collar bulk hirings Client Interfacing & Strategy: Collaborating with stakeholders for hiring requirements and site mobilization.Candidate Experience: Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and managing salary negotiationsFunctional Expertise: Proven expertise in talent sourcing, HR operations, and facility services recruitment.Driving end to end recruitment for frontline and operational roles.Team Governance for process adherencePartner with the business team in supporting business growthFocus upon annual forecasting, quarterly forecasting & monthly plan in the region assignedDrive & execute the Corporate Strategic interventions on recruitment in the regionIdentify, recommend & establish tie-ups with Institutions & agenciesAnalyze recruitment & attrition trends in the region and recommend actionsSource, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time, maintaining the optimum cost of hiringBuild and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimumMaintain records of source mix & present the dashboardsEstablish relevant documentation and maintain recordsBe proactive in assisting Line Managers with staffing requirementsCoordinate with Line Managers for offer rollouts and issuing Letters of Offer and Appointment to prospective applicantsDevelop and maintain a strong rapport with employees at all levelsPromote Employee Referral Scheme in the sites to create pool of resources.


    Key Requirements


    Strong experience in blue collar or mass hiring environments.Ability to manage high volume recruitment across multiple locations at different client sites .Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.Strong networking ability with local communities, institutes, and agenciesData driven approach with proficiency in MIS, dashboards,Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.Ability to follow direction and work with little or no supervisionStrong negotiation skills
