Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - PPC to lead end-to-end production planning and control across two manufacturing plants involved in tower/steel structure fabrication and hot-dip galvanizing. The role ensures on-time delivery, optimal capacity utilization, cost efficiency, and compliance with international quality standards.
Candidate Profile
Education: B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical / Production / MetallurgyExperience: 10-15+ years in PPC within tower fabrication / heavy steel + galvanizingMinimum 5 years in a leadership roleStrong hands-on experience with SAP PP/MM (or equivalent ERP)Strong knowledge of MRP, RCCP, finite scheduling, Lean, TOC basicsWilling to travel between Tarapur & BhachauKey Responsibilities
Convert order book into monthly, weekly & daily production plans aligned to customer and export schedulesOwn MPS, MRP, BOM validation, inventory control, and vendor coordinationPlan and optimize fabrication, CNC/beam line loading, jig planning & galvanizing schedulesLead galvanizing batch planning, coordinating with QA/QC for coating standards and acceptanceDrive daily production reviews, WIP control, recovery planning, and system accuracyOversee dispatch planning, logistics coordination, and OTD commitmentsLead Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve throughput and reduce reworkEnsure compliance with ISO, EHS, and international galvanizing standardsInterested & qualified candidates can directly share their resume to - (WhatsApp Only) /
