What You'll Do
Design & build scalable backend services using Java or Node.jsArchitect microservices on Kubernetes with strong focus on reliability & performanceDevelop APIs, data services & orchestration layers for analytics workloadsBuild modern UI components using React / Lit.js (MCP architecture) / AngularWork on data ingestion, transformation, lineage & metadata-driven analyticsCollaborate with SRE/DevOps for CI/CD, performance tuning & deploymentsDrive architecture decisions for high-volume & real-time analytics systemsWhat We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in backend/platform engineering. Strong expertise in Java or Node.js2+ years of Hands-on with Kubernetes, microservices & distributed systems3+ years Hands on Experience with React / Lit.js or similar frontend frameworksKnowledge of REST, gRPC, event-driven architecture, streaming & cachingStrong problem-solving & performance optimization skillsGood to Have
Experience with lakehouse, data pipelines, metadata systemsExposure to MCP (Modular Component Platform)Experience in large-scale enterprise platforms
