As an App Marketing Manager, you will manage client growth end-to-end-combining marketing strategy, product recommendations, and business insights to deliver measurable results and long-term success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and execute comprehensive growth strategies for each app client-including ASO, Paid Acquisition, Monetization, and RetentionWork closely with founders, product leads, and CMOs to understand goals and translate them into actionable plansLead product-level growth consulting: onboarding optimization, paywall improvements, in-app conversion improvements, and funnel analysisAnalyze key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and optimize user journeysCollaborate with internal UA, ASO, and Creative teams to execute growth plans and experimentsWork with ASO managers on keyword strategy, creative assets, and overall ASO roadmap to boost organic visibilityPartner with performance marketing specialists to optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, etc.Use tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, AppTweak, Data Studio to derive insights and identify growth opportunitiesConduct weekly syncs and monthly reviews with clients to present results, insights, and future strategy
Skills & Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in mobile app marketing, digital strategy, or growth consultingBasic understanding of app ecosystems, paid ads, analytics, and app store dynamicsHands-on experience with ASO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads is preferredStrong analytical thinking with a data-first mindsetAbility to understand and evaluate creative designs for performance impactExcellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions
