    Studio Mosaic is looking for bright, intelligent, and upbeat individuals who enjoy the energy of a fast-paced start-up environment. We are hiring ASO (App Store Optimization) Specialists with 1-3 years of experience in managing the App Store and Play Store presence of mobile apps, and driving organic installs through effective ASO strategies.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Build and execute ASO strategies using tools like Sensor Tower, AppTweak, App Annie, etc.Audit and develop ASO frameworks, processes, and best practices across new and existing appsRun A/B tests to improve CVR and organic installsWork with designers to produce high-performing App Store and Play Store assetsCollaborate with Product, UA, and Analytics teams to link ASO initiatives to measurable outcomes (retention, LTV, ROAS)Define measurement frameworks and reporting structures for ASO performanceMonitor keyword rankings, category trends, and organic performance to refine strategiesConduct competitive research and stay updated on global ASO trendsRepresent Studio Mosaic in ASO communities, discussions, and events globally


    Skills & Requirements:

    Strong understanding of the app store ecosystem and ranking dynamics1-3 years of hands-on ASO experienceExperience with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, AppTweak/Sensor Tower, Firebase, Branch, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, TUNE, etc.Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and convert them into strategyProficiency in Excel and comfort working with numbersGood sense of creative design and understanding of visual performance for app store assets

    Build and execute comprehensive growth strategies for each app client-including ASO, Paid Acquisition, Monetization, and RetentionWork closely with founders, product leads, and CMOs to understand goals and translate them into actionable plansLead product-level growth consulting: onboarding optimization, paywall improvements, in-app conversion improvements, and funnel analysisAnalyze key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and optimize user journeysCollaborate with internal UA, ASO, and Creative teams to execute growth plans and experimentsWork with ASO managers on keyword strategy, creative assets, and overall ASO roadmap to boost organic visibilityPartner with performance marketing specialists to optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, etc.Use tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, AppTweak, Data Studio to derive insights and identify growth opportunitiesConduct weekly syncs and monthly reviews with clients to present results, insights, and future strategy


    Skills & Requirements:

    1-4 years of experience in mobile app marketing, digital strategy, or growth consultingBasic understanding of app ecosystems, paid ads, analytics, and app store dynamicsHands-on experience with ASO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads is preferredStrong analytical thinking with a data-first mindsetAbility to understand and evaluate creative designs for performance impactExcellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions
