    Role Description The Administrative Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota. The Administrative Officer will handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules and meetings. Responsibilities include supporting senior staff with administrative assistance, organizing files and documentation, and ensuring office supplies and equipment are adequately maintained. The role involves interacting with internal teams and visitors, providing courteous customer service, and helping streamline administrative processes. The Administrative Officer will also assist in preparing basic reports, tracking expenses, and ensuring that office policies and procedures are followed.
    Qualifications

    Candidates should possess strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily office operations and support business activities.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and visitors.Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records and documentation.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and familiarity with office equipment.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
