Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial).MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred.15-20 years of experience in automotive or auto component manufacturing.Minimum 5+ years in leadership role managing end-to-end SCM.Strong exposure to Tier 1 / Tier 2 OEM supply chain environment.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
