  We're looking for someone who can do more than 'run ads.'

  Someone who understands:

  creative testing, Meta campaigns, CAC, funnels, landing pages, ROAS, MER, and how to turn performance into actual revenue.

  
  

  This is a hands-on growth role for someone who likes building from 0 1, not just reporting numbers in pretty dashboards.

  Role: Performance Marketing Lead - D2C Growth

  Location: Ahmedabad

  Type: Full-time

  Experience: 3-6 years

  Compensation: 7L- 10L fixed + performance-linked upside
