1. He/ She will be currently responsible for
To Plan, Design and furnish interiors of residential, commercial or industrial buildings. Formulate design that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes
Carrying out all design tasks given by Sr. Associate Architect
To ensure timely submission of drawings. To accept change requests from client and modify drawings.
To prepare and submit Bill of Quantities (BOQs) as required.
To ensure schedule as per project flow maintained by vendor. To attend site review meetings with / without Sr. associate
Ensure that the project progress as per schedule is updated weekly with the Project Manager To organize for selection & procurement of materials, equipment for site use as required and approved by the Project In-Charge
Participate in client meetings as required. 2
Further his/her responsibilities will include ensuring & organizing for proper record keeping & updating of all Project records and communication conducted for analysis & improvement purposes. Also ensuring smooth completion of each tasks, execution, functioning and daily reporting of all activities to Team Leader / Project Leader.
He/ She will be required to travel to client's site / offices for work co-ordination as per instructions and need basis.
His/ Her role defined herein should not be deemed exhaustive and may be expanded / updated further as the need arises.
