    About the position ValueFirst Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced legal professional to manage contract negotiations, streamline legal processes, and oversee litigation management. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient legal operations.


    You'll be responsible for?


    • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Independently draft, negotiate, review, and revise a wide range of contract documents with high efficiency and fast turnaround times.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Cybersecurity) to ensure contract terms align with business needs.

    • Legal Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business and legal risks, ensuring all necessary internal approvals are obtained prior to contract finalization.

    • Team Mentoring: Lead and mentor the legal team, ensuring effective task delegation and deliverable management.


    You'd have?


    • Education: Law Graduate (LLB) from an accredited law school.

    • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in a reputed law firm or as an in-house counsel (preferably in a software/technology company).

    • Expertise: Proficient in drafting and negotiating software/IT contracts, litigation management, and team handling.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence across all on-premises and cloud-integrated data center assets that power Tanla's CPaas platforms.


    You'll Be Responsible For:

    Core Data Centre Operations

    Perform hardware racking, stacking, and cabling (fiber, copper, and power) in line with data centre standards.Manage rack layouts, power distribution units (PDUs), cooling requirements, and equipment labeling for optimal efficiency.Coordinate and perform new hardware installations, relocations, and decommissions for servers, network devices, and storage arrays.Conduct data centre visits and audits to validate infrastructure health, cleanliness, labeling, and compliance.Plan and execute data centre site refreshes, migrations, or expansions, including coordination with OEMs and facility providers.Track asset lifecycle management - from procurement and delivery to deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life.Monitor and manage power, cooling, and space utilization through DCIM tools or site-level dashboards.Ensure physical security compliance (biometric access, surveillance, and escort procedures).


    You'd Have:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.8+ years of hands-on experience in data centre operations, systems administration, and network management.Strong experience in hardware installation, cabling, power management, and DC facility coordination.Proficiency in Linux (RHEL preferred) and virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Proxmox).Expertise in networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS) and security platforms (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet).Working knowledge of cloud integration (Azure ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect).Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform).Familiarity with DCIM tools, monitoring systems, and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, ManageEngine).Certifications such as RHCE, CCNP, VCP, Azure Associate, or PCNSE are highly desirable.
