Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Google Workspace Architecture - driving collaboration, security, and seamless integrations at scale.
Key Responsibilities: -
Design & Deployment: Design and implement large-scale Google Workspace environments (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Admin Console).Identity & Access: Manage Directory Synchronization (AD / LDAP / Cloud Identity) and 3rd-party SSO / Federation (Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OneLogin, Auth0) for end-to-end user Authentication.Migration & Modernization: Lead complex Office 365 or legacy migrations, multi-domain splits, and tenant consolidations.Governance & Best Practices: Establish operational standards, monitoring, and change-management frameworks.Security & Compliance: -
Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and advanced content controls.Enforce Context-Aware Access and Zero-Trust security principles.Define and maintain compliance, eDiscovery, and retention policies (Google Vault, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC). Read LessJD Orientation: -
Technical/Functional Skills:-
Azure functions (C#), LogicApps, ServiceBus, APIM, Azure DevOps.BizTalk Development background is optional but considered as a plus.Must Have: -
6 yrs to 9 Yrs IT experience in design, analysis, development, testing, documentation and implementation of Integrations.Good working knowledge on Integration development in Azure using C#, XSLT, XML, JSON, APIMFamiliar and work experience with Azure Integration services technology stack: FunctionApp, Functions, ServiceBus, Storage, LogicApps and APIM.Strong communication skills and client facing experience.Roles & Responsibilities: -
Experienced in coding, debugging, bug fixing and unit testing. A complete knowledge about Agile and Scrum through various levels of SDLC.
