    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Partner (CP) Manager to drive and manage our residential real estate channel partner network in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and hands-on experience in onboarding, managing, and scaling channel partner operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify, engage, and onboard new Channel Partners (CPs) in the Hyderabad residential real estate marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing CPs to drive consistent businessHandle end-to-end CP lifecycle including:Initial discussions and negotiationsOnboarding and documentationBusiness operations and deal closuresCommission structure alignment and paymentsDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales through channel partnersConduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities with CPsMonitor CP performance and provide insights to improve productivityEnsure timely processing of CP commissions and resolve payment-related queriesCoordinate with internal sales, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operationsKeep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the Hyderabad real estate market

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Minimum 8+ years of experience in residential real estate channel partner managementStrong network of channel partners in Hyderabad, especially in and around Nanakramguda/Gachibowli/Financial DistrictProven track record of generating sales through CP networksExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of real estate documentation, agreements, and payment cyclesAbility to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Prior experience with reputed real estate developersStrong local market intelligence and competitor awarenessMBA or relevant degree is a plus
