Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all Microsoft 365 services. Monitor service health dashboards and proactively resolve or mitigate issues.Identity & Access Management
Configure and manage identity synchronization using Microsoft Entra Connect. Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Manage user accounts, licenses, roles, and permissions in accordance with organizational policies. Configure Conditional Access policies and application-level SSO.Security & Compliance
Configure and manage security settings, compliance features, and data protection policies. Perform eDiscovery and advanced mailbox searches for legal and compliance requirements. Implement and manage email security including anti-spam, mail flow rules, SPF, DKIM, and DNS configurations. Maintain awareness of security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements. Basic implementation and support of Azure Information Protection.Collaboration & Communication Tools
Manage enterprise-grade Microsoft Teams environments. Configure Teams features including calling, meetings, messaging, and collaboration. Support end users with Teams and other collaboration tools.Device & Application Management
Manage endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune. Deploy, update, and manage enterprise applications via Intune.Automation & Scripting
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration, reporting, and automation of routine tasks.Troubleshooting & Support
Provide advanced troubleshooting for Active Directory and Microsoft 365 issues. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems. Provide end-user training and support for Microsoft 365 applications.Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures. Stay updated with new Microsoft 365 features and recommend improvements. Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts. Research and recommend tools and solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

•Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems and networking fundamentals.
•Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

Preferred Qualifications
