    Techeon IT Services is looking for a highly organized, confident, and proactive Executive Assistant to Director. This role requires close coordination with leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage administrative and business-related responsibilities efficiently.

    Roles & ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholdersManage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedulesPrepare reports, presentations, MOMs, emails, and official correspondenceCoordinate with internal teams for follow-ups, approvals, and task trackingHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAssist in planning meetings, reviews, and strategic discussionsSupport day-to-day administrative and operational activitiesEnsure smooth communication and effective time management for the Director


    Educational Qualifications & EligibilityB.Tech in Computer Science (CS) / Information Technology (IT) ORMBA in Finance / Marketing / Entrepreneurship DevelopmentFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to applyStrong commanding communication skills (naturally confident or developed through experience)Should be strategic and a natural problem solver.Smart, articulate, and professional personalityWillingness and flexibility to relocate to Latur, Maharashtra


    Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office / Google WorkspaceAbility to work under pressure and manage prioritiesHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
