We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to collaborate closely with HR Managers in crafting innovative strategies to identify exceptional candidates for our teams across North America (USA) regions. In this role, you will employ creative methods to uncover top talent and engage passive candidates through a dynamic and proactive approach.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment across diverse skill sets and locations.Work with candidates across various work authorization types, including US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC-EAD and other valid US work authorizations.Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.Proactively source and engage candidates through direct outreach and conversationsBuild and maintain strong candidate relationships through consistent follow-upApply advanced LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean search techniquesDemonstrate solid technical understanding to assess skills, experience, and role fitQualify candidates on availability, motivation, work rights, location, and commercial alignmentMaintain active, conversion-ready pipelines aligned to live rolesConduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.Deliver recruitment outcomes with urgency in time-critical hiring scenariosPartner closely with account managers and recruiters to understand role prioritiesTrack and report on activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
Requirements
2-4 years of Proven experience as an US IT Sourcing Specialist within an in-house recruiting team.Highly desired: previous experience working in US IT Staffing.Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skillsHands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean searchingSound technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and delivery modelsAbility to recruit across multiple technologies and geographic locationsHigh levels of urgency, accountability, and ownershipComfortable working independently in a remote environmentOutcome-driven mindset with comfort working to KPIsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Resilient, organized, and commercially awareKnowledge of ATS / HR tools preferred.
