We are now building an in-house team in Faridabad and are looking for a YouTube SEO & Growth Manager to lead our channel's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize YouTube SEO: titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, end screens.Improve CTR & retention through thumbnails, metadata, and strategy.Plan and execute growth campaigns (organic + paid).Analyze channel analytics and provide actionable insights.Identify collaborations with artists, influencers, and brands.Scale Shorts and cross-platform content for wider reach.Requirements
2-4 years of experience in YouTube growth / digital marketing.Proven track record of scaling YouTube channels (brand or creator).Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and algorithm trends.Creative + data-driven approach.Excellent communication skills.Nice to Have
Passion for electronic/techno music .Experience running YouTube Ads campaigns.Ability to spot viral content potential.What We Offer
