    Role Overview

    This role is designed for a strategic leader who can drive both client success and business growth. As a Key Account & Strategic Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end account strategy-transforming client relationships into long-term partnerships while unlocking incremental revenue opportunities.

    You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing together data, creativity, and business acumen to deliver integrated marketing solutions across Digital, ATL, and BTL. The role requires a strong focus on growth strategy, revenue ownership, and consultative client leadership.

    Key Responsibilities1) Strategic Account LeadershipOwn and drive the overall account strategy, aligning marketing initiatives with client business goalsBuild deep client partnerships, positioning the agency as a strategic growth partnerLead quarterly and annual planning discussions, identifying opportunities for scale and innovationProactively bring insights, trends, and ideas that add long-term value to client businesses2) Growth & Revenue OwnershipOwn account P&L and drive consistent revenue growth across portfoliosIdentify and unlock upselling, cross-selling, and new revenue streams within existing accountsDevelop and present growth roadmaps for key clientsLead commercial discussions including pricing, retainers, renewals, and long-term contracts3) Strategic Pitches & Business DevelopmentLead high-impact pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations for new and existing clientsTranslate business problems into integrated marketing strategies across Digital, ATL, and BTLCollaborate with internal teams to craft insight-led, differentiated solutionsDrive conversion of opportunities into revenue-generating mandates4) Integrated Campaign & Delivery ExcellenceEnsure seamless execution of campaigns aligned to strategic objectivesWork closely with cross-functional teams (creative, media, performance, content) to deliver high-impact solutionsOversee timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure consistent delivery excellenceAnticipate challenges and manage escalations with a solutions-oriented approach5) Insights, Analytics & OptimizationLeverage data, analytics, and market insights to inform strategy and optimize performanceLead performance reviews with actionable insights and forward-looking recommendationsTrack KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI across accountsContinuously refine strategies to improve efficiency, impact, and business outcomes6) Stakeholder & Team CollaborationManage senior client stakeholders with confidence and strategic clarityAct as the central bridge between clients and internal teamsMentor junior team members and drive a high-performance, growth-oriented cultureRequirements8+ years of experience in a digital or integrated marketing agency (ATL + BTL + Digital)Proven track record in account growth, revenue ownership, and client leadershipStrong expertise in digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and brand strategyDemonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and closing high-value dealsExcellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
