    We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 2-3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires hands-on experience in statutory compliances such as TDS, ISD, PF, ESI, along with strong skills in reconciliation, daily financial checks, Zoho Books/Zoho Expense handling, and documentation management.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Statutory Compliance & Deductions

    Handle TDS calculations, deductions and monthly filings.Prepare and maintain TDS working sheets and coordinate for quarterly returns (Form 24Q, 26Q).Ensure accurate PF & ESI deductions, challan preparation and timely payment.Support in monthly ISD (Input Service Distributor) working and allocation of GST credits where applicable.Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.

    2. Accounting & Daily Operations

    Perform daily accounting checks, data validation and posting of routine entries.Manage vendor invoices, employee reimbursements and basic bookkeeping tasks.Handle accounting entries and verification through Zoho Books / Zoho Expense / Zoho Finance Suite.Verify, process and reconcile payments, receipts and petty cash transactions.Assist in month-end accounting closure.

    3. Reconciliation

    Conduct bank reconciliation on a regular basis.Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers, identify discrepancies and follow up for resolutions.Reconcile statutory accounts such as TDS, PF, ESI, and GST-related ledgers.

    4. Documentation & Reporting

    Maintain organized and updated records of invoices, payments, statutory documents and audit files.Prepare periodic reports and MIS as required by the finance team.Support in internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.

    5. Coordination & Support

    Coordinate with vendors, employees, finance teams and statutory authorities as required.Assist the Accounts Manager in day-to-day processes and any additional tasks assigned.


    Qualifications & Skills

    Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce () or related field.2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance.Practical knowledge of TDS, ISD, PF, ESI and reconciliation processes.Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, or Zoho Finance modules is preferred.Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting ERP systems. Prior work experience in an agency, corporate finance department or similar setup.Exposure to GST workings, basic tax understanding and audit support.Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills.

    Job Summary

    The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting government tenders for advertising, media, branding, and communication projects. The role involves end-to-end coordination of the tendering process, ensuring compliance with government procurement norms, and collaborating with internal creative, media, and finance teams to develop competitive proposals.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Tender Identification & Tracking

    Monitor government portals such as Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), state e-tender portals, and departmental websites for relevant RFPs, EOIs, and tenders.Maintain a tender tracker and calendar of submission deadlines.Evaluate eligibility criteria and project feasibility.

    2. Tender Documentation & Submission

    Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per RFP requirements.Coordinate with internal teams for creative proposals, media plans, costing, and supporting documents.Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (EMD, MSME certificates, turnover documents, PAN, GST, etc.).Submit bids online/offline within stipulated timelines.

    3. Coordination & Liaison

    Liaise with government departments for clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and presentations.Coordinate internally with Creative, Media Planning, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.Track bid status and follow up on results, LOIs, and work orders.

    4. Documentation & Compliance

    Maintain updated records of company credentials, case studies, empanelment documents, and certifications.Ensure adherence to government procurement guidelines and agency policies.Prepare responses to tender queries, corrigenda, and addendums.

    5. Post-Award Support

    Assist in contract documentation and onboarding processes.Coordinate with execution teams to ensure smooth project initiation.Support billing documentation as per government norms.

    Required Skills & Competencies

    Strong knowledge of government tendering processes and procurement rules.Familiarity with GeM and other e-procurement portals.Excellent documentation, drafting, and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and deadline management.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2-5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in advertising, media, or communication agencies.Experience handling government RFPs is mandatory.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Number of relevant tenders identified and submitted.Bid-to-win ratio.Accuracy and compliance of documentation.Timely submission rate.
