    Role Overview

    We are looking for a high-calibre Chartered Accountant to work closely with the Founders on strategic finance, fund structuring, capital raising, investment evaluation, and portfolio oversight. This is not a routine finance role - it is a high-impact, strategic position requiring commercial acumen, negotiation strength, investor interface experience, and strong financial modelling capabilities.

    The role demands ownership, speed, analytical depth, and the ability to operate across fundraising, deal execution, governance, and strategic decision-making.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Fundraising & Capital Strategy

    Lead and support capital raising initiatives from Family Offices, UHNIs, Institutional Investors and Strategic PartnersManage end-to-end fundraising lifecycle: investor identification, outreach, pitch decks, financial models, due diligence coordination, and closureStructure and assist in setting up investment vehicles / fundsPrepare investor presentations, LP reports, portfolio showcase decksDrive investor relations and ongoing communication


    2. Investment Evaluation & Strategic Transactions

    Evaluate investment opportunities across sectors (Fintech, B2B, Consumer, Marketplace, Tech-led businesses)Conduct primary research, business diligence, and financial analysisBuild and review financial models (valuation, IRR, exit modelling, return scenarios)Lead deal structuring and commercial negotiationsCoordinate and liaise with:Investment bankersVenture capital fundsLegal advisorsDue diligence teamsReview and negotiate:Term SheetsShareholders' Agreements (SHA)DD reports


    3. Portfolio Monitoring & Strategic Support

    Monitor performance of portfolio / strategic business unitsTrack KPIs and ensure target achievementAssist businesses in strategic decision-makingSupport next-round fundraising initiativesConduct site visits and prepare detailed business evaluation reports


    4. Financial Governance & Compliance

    Finalization of financial statements as per Schedule IIIStrong understanding of audit processes across manufacturing, service, and trading businessesExposure to cross-border taxation & DTAA implicationsOversee financial compliance, structuring, and regulatory matters


    5. Founder's Office Strategic Mandate

    Act as a financial sounding board to the FoundersSupport new business evaluation and expansion initiativesLead special strategic projectsBuild and scale internal finance processes and teams when required


    Qualification

    Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatoryor equivalent


    Experience

    3-6 years post-qualification experienceExperience in:Investment firms / PE / VC / Family OfficeTransaction advisory / deal executionStrategic financeExposure to fundraising and investor handling preferred

    Role Summary

    The Assistant Manager - Demand Planning will manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and transfer orders across B2B, B2C, retail, and marketplace channels to ensure optimal stock availability, high fill rates, and healthy inventory levels.


    Key Responsibilities

    Manage demand planning and replenishment for B2B and B2C channels.Knowledge on Import clearance and documentation.Experience of carrier coordination & handling shelf life based products inventory planningMaintain optimal warehouse inventory and DIO levels.Plan and track Transfer Orders (TOs) across own warehouses, FBA locations, and retail stores.Handle RTO tracking, GRN, and stock reconciliation with ERP systems.Ensure channel fill-rate targets through efficient stocking at satellite warehouses.Manage kitting requirements and ensure warehouse readiness for launches and promotions.


    Key Skills

    Qualification & Experience

    Graduate in Supply Chain / Operations / Business or related field.4+ years of relevant demand planning or supply chain experience.Sharp excel and demand planning skills.

The role requires exceptional communication skills, strong MS Excel proficiency, financial coordination capability, and the ability to handle confidential matters with complete discretion.

    This is a high-trust position requiring professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.


    Key Responsibilities


    1. Executive & Administrative Support

    Manage Founder's calendar, meetings, and appointments.Coordinate internal and external communications.Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and Excel trackers.Draft professional emails and correspondence.Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

    2. Financial & Banking Coordination

    Assist with bank-related work (documentation, coordination, follow-ups).Track and manage vendor payments.Handle credit card management, expense tracking, and reconciliations.Oversee various payments related to Founder and family members.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in MS Excel.Coordinate with accounts team for timely disbursements.

    3. Travel & Logistics Management

    Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, visas, transport).Prepare travel itineraries.Handle last-minute travel changes efficiently.Coordinate travel arrangements for family members when required.

    4. Personal Office & Residence Coordination

    Oversee Founder's personal office requirements.Coordinate residence-related services and vendors.Manage service providers and ensure smooth operations.Handle ad-hoc personal and professional tasks as assigned.


    Required Skills & Qualifications


    Graduate in any discipline.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, reconciliations, reporting).Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong financial tracking and documentation skills.High level of discretion and integrity.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Strong follow-up and coordination skills.Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.


    Preferred Experience

    7+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to senior leadership.Experience handling financial coordination and banking work.Exposure to working with promoters or founders preferred.
