They imagine:
- framing shots
- directing scenes
- being deeply involved in visual storytelling all the time
But weddings don't work like that.
On ground, it's:
- managing timelines
- coordinating teams
- handling clients in real time
- making decisions under pressure
And somewhere in between
you find moments to shape the story.
We're hiring a Creative Producer
for our luxury wedding photography & films studio.
This is not a "pure creative" role.
And it's also not just client servicing.
It's a mix of:
Client Servicing + Execution + Creative Direction
We are a premium wedding photography & films studio, known for emotionally rich storytelling blended with fashion-forward visuals and destination weddings.
Our work is not just about documenting weddings - it's about shaping experiences, managing moments, and delivering stories with intent and precision.
At a wedding, you will:
- Coordinate timelines, teams, and vendors
- Manage client communication in real time
- Ensure everything runs smoothly on-ground
- Step in with creative inputs when required (portraits, moments, styling cues)
There will be moments of creativity -
but there will also be long phases of logistics, coordination, and decision-making under pressure.
Your creative contribution is strongest in:
- Pre-wedding ideation (moodboards, references, shot thinking)
- Understanding story, people, and emotional cues
- Guiding portraits and key moments on-ground
- Post-production alignment (film flow, image selection, QC)
This is not a DOP / filmmaker role -
this is someone who ensures the entire story comes together.
While this role is not about constantly shooting or directing,
a strong creative sensibility makes a huge difference.
For example, someone with a film or fashion background can:
- Bring strong posing references during portrait sessions
- Help shape interviews and storytelling direction (what to ask, how to build emotion)
- Think of film openings, narrative ideas, and story arcs
- Suggest props, setups, or small visual elements that elevate the output
- Contribute meaningfully during pre-production planning
- Add value in post-production thinking (flow, music, structure, pacing)
- Collaborate better with photographers, cinematographers, and editors
Sometimes, it's these small inputs that define the final film.
You may not control every frame -
but the right thought at the right time can shape the entire story.
Someone who enjoys both people + process + aesthetics
Someone who can handle pressure and still think clearly
Someone who is okay being hands-on, not just conceptual
Someone who finds satisfaction in making things happen, not just imagining them
Someone who can balance clients, team, and creative quality together
People who only want to shoot / direct visually
Pure filmmakers who expect constant creative control on-ground
Candidates who don't enjoy coordination, follow-ups, or structure
Anyone who sees operations as "non-creative" work
People uncomfortable with long, unpredictable wedding days
- Be the SPOC for clients post-booking
- Manage timelines, planners, vendors, and team coordination
- Lead on-ground execution during weddings
- Add creative direction where required (portraits, interviews, styling cues)
- Handle post-production follow-ups, QC, and delivery timelines
- Maintain trackers, data flow, and communication logs
This role requires:
- Long hours during wedding season
- High ownership and decision-making
- Balancing creativity with execution
- Staying calm in unpredictable environments
If you enjoy structured chaos and real responsibility, you will thrive here.
- 0-3 years experience
- Based in/near Mumbai (Work from office - Malad West)
- Valid passport (travel involved)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, coordination, and communication workflows
If you've read till here and still feel excited,
this role is probably a good fit for you.

Our clients are typically in their mid-20s, at a life stage where they're making some of their most important personal decisions.
Many of them come from premium, luxury, or NRI backgrounds -
people who value experiences, aesthetics, and thoughtful communication.
Because of this, we're looking for someone who:

- can hold a natural, confident conversation with well-exposed clients
- has a sense of awareness around brands, taste, and presentation
- knows how to build comfort without overdoing or overselling
- can create a sense of trust, warmth, and aspiration in conversations
This role carries a lot of responsibility.
You'll be handling:
- high-value clients
- long conversations and follow-ups
- travel during peak season
- coordination across multiple moving parts
So while experience matters, what matters more is maturity, ownership, and emotional intelligence.
Someone who can stay calm, composed, and reliable - even in fast-moving situations.
Someone who enjoys conversations + relationships + execution
Someone who is proactive with follow-ups and doesn't need reminders
Someone who can handle clients with warmth and confidence
Someone who is comfortable managing both sales and servicing
Someone who wants to grow in a premium service business environment
People looking for pure "sales-only" roles
Candidates who don't enjoy follow-ups or structured tracking
Anyone expecting quick closures without relationship-building
People uncomfortable with client interaction or on-ground presence
- Manage inbound leads and maintain lead trackers
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Build relationships and drive closures
- Coordinate internally for proposals and pricing
- Stay involved post-booking as part of client journey
- Assist in on-ground execution and coordination
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups
This role requires:
- Consistency in follow-ups
- Strong communication and patience
- Ownership beyond just closing deals
- Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
If you enjoy people, process, and responsibility, you will do well here.
- 0-3 years experience
- Based in/near Mumbai (Work from office - Malad West)
- Valid passport (travel involved)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, tracking, and communication workflows
