Brief Job Description
Vetting & Drafting Documents and Deeds Preparing notes and briefs for Advocates, Solicitors & Counsels.Preparing legal strategies in consultation with the management & various consultantsPreparing replies, submissions, written statements, letters, etc. for various different mattersAttending court hearings along with the AOR/Counsels, as may be required, from time to time,Legal ResearchOther Legal work as may be required from time to time
Professional/Technical Skills
Proficiency in Civil LawBasic exposure to Criminal LawProficiency in DraftingGood grasp over the English LanguageKnowledge of real estate and property related lawsKnowledge of Cooperative Housing Society Laws, MoFA, RERA, SRA, etc. would be preferredBasic Knowledge of Marathi would be preferred
