    Throttll is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to take ownership of our organic growth in a full-time, in-house role at our Jaipur office. You will be the internal expert responsible for developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to significantly increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive high-value conversions for the company's digital properties.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Technical Execution

    Lead SEO Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a holistic, long-term SEO strategy encompassing technical, on-page, and off-page optimization to align with Throttll's business objectives.Technical Audits: Plan and conduct comprehensive Technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, site speed) and collaborate directly with the web development team to ensure timely implementation of fixes.Link & Authority Building: Oversee and execute the strategy for building high-quality, relevant backlinks and managing off-page SEO initiatives to enhance domain authority and brand trust.


    Analysis & Optimization

    Advanced Research: Perform sophisticated keyword research, gap analysis, and competitive analysis to uncover high-impact opportunities for content and structure optimization.Performance Reporting: Define, track, and present detailed reports on key SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and ROI) using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc., providing clear business insights to leadership.Algorithm Fluency: Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates (e.g., Google Core Updates, E-E-A-T) and promptly adapt internal strategies to maintain competitive edge.


    Collaboration & Guidance

    Work closely with the Content, Marketing, and Product teams to embed SEO best practices into the content lifecycle, website design, and product feature development.Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, raising the overall SEO knowledge and capability within the organization.


    RequirementsProven Experience: 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in an SEO role, preferably managing in-house SEO for an established digital platform.Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Technical SEO, including experience with log file analysis, schema markup, JavaScript SEO, and server-side configurations.Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency with SEO monitoring and analysis tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.Web Fundamentals: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate technical requirements to developers.Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies and excellent verbal/written communication skills for presenting to leadership.

    The Role: Lead Generation & Digital Growth Architect


    You will be the architect and driver of our global digital presence, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital campaigns to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for our Cybersecurity SaaS platform.     Key Responsibilities


    Digital Strategy & Campaign Ownership


    Full-Funnel Management: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital campaigns across all channels (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email, Display) focused on attracting key personas (CISOs, IT Directors, Security Analysts).Paid Media Optimization: Own the budget and performance of all paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), rigorously A/B testing ad copy and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and minimize Cost Per Lead (CPL).Marketing Automation: Develop advanced lead nurturing streams and behavioral-triggered email campaigns within our Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to progress MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).


    SEO & Web Performance


    Technical SEO: Lead the strategy for search engine optimization, focusing on technical health, schema markup, and content clustering to rank for high-value cybersecurity keywords.


    CRO & UX: Continuously analyze and optimize the user journey on the website, conducting split tests on landing pages and key conversion points to improve lead capture and demo requests.


    Content Alignment: Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure all digital assets (white papers, webinars, case studies) are structured and promoted effectively to address specific buyer pain points and compliance needs.


    Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management


    Data-Driven Decisions: Establish and report on crucial digital KPIs, including MQL to SQL conversion rates, lead source attribution, website traffic, and overall campaign ROI.Data Integrity: Ensure robust tracking and accurate attribution across the entire marketing technology stack (MarTech) to provide the executive team with reliable insights into digital marketing performance.Budgeting: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, forecasting expenses and recommending reallocation of spend based on real-time performance data.


    Non-Negotiable Requirements
