Deep expertise in SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning, and system sizing.Proven experience with SAP installations, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and maintenance tools (SUM, SWPM).Demonstrated experience managing SAP workloads on hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).ABAP Development & Integration
Advanced proficiency in ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Frameworks.Extensive experience with OData services, SAP Gateway, and Core Data Services (CDS) views.Hands-on integration experience connecting SAP with non-SAP systems across a range of protocols and technologies.Architecture & Leadership

Key Responsibilities
Solution & Delivery Leadership
Serve as the technical authority and delivery lead for the SAP program, accountable for both architecture integrity and project execution outcomes.Drive day-to-day technical direction of the project team, removing blockers and ensuring alignment across workstreams.Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof SAP solutions - balancing speed of delivery with long-term architectural soundness.Landscape & Architecture Design
Design and govern a robust, high-availability SAP S/4HANA architecture, including integration with legacy SAP systems and third-party platforms.Define and enforce a "Clean Core" strategy to ensure extensibility, upgrade readiness, and compliance with SAP best practices.Produce and maintain high-level architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and integration blueprints.Integration & Modernization
Lead the integration roadmap leveraging SAP BTP, API Management, OData, CDS Views, and middleware platforms to enable seamless data flow across the enterprise ecosystem.Drive S/4HANA conversion activities, cloud migration workstreams (Azure / AWS / GCP), and adoption of emerging SAP capabilities.Architect and oversee connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems via REST/SOAP APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.Technical Governance
Establish and enforce development and configuration standards across ABAP, Basis, and integration layers.Ensure system performance, security, and compliance (GDPR, SOX) are embedded throughout the architecture.Oversee SAP security design including Roles, Authorizations, and SAP Cloud Connector configuration.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between functional consultants, infrastructure teams, SI partners, and third-party vendors.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and business sponsors.Technical Requirements
SAP Basis & Infrastructure
Deep expertise in SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning, and system sizing.Proven experience with SAP installations, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and maintenance tools (SUM, SWPM).Demonstrated experience managing SAP workloads on hyperscaler environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).ABAP Development & Integration
Advanced proficiency in ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Frameworks.Extensive experience with OData services, SAP Gateway, and Core Data Services (CDS) views.Hands-on integration experience connecting SAP with non-SAP systems across a range of protocols and technologies.Architecture & Leadership
10+ years of progressive SAP experience, including 3+ years in a lead Architect or Solution Lead capacity.Track record delivering complex SAP programs in manufacturing or CPG environments strongly preferred.Proficiency in architecture design tools (Visio, LucidChart, or equivalent).What We're Looking For
Beyond technical depth, we need someone who leads - a systems thinker who can connect the dots across business requirements, technical constraints, and project delivery realities. You are equally comfortable in a whiteboard architecture session as you are running a technical workstream review or presenting options to a steering committee.
