    Role Overview

    We are looking for a customer-focused professional to manage user queries and support operations across TOI Events (including large-scale properties like awards, ticketed events, and campaigns).


    The role involves handling end-to-end customer interactions across channels such as calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, ensuring seamless user experience across registrations, payments, and event participation.


    Objectives of the Role

    Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries related to event registrations, nominations, and ticketingDeliver a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints (Email, WhatsApp, Calls, Chat)Maintain strong understanding of TOI Events (Ecopreneur Awards, TOISA, Concerts, etc.)Drive quick resolution by coordinating with internal teams (Tech, Product, Finance, Sales)Maintain structured records of all customer interactions and support dataIdentify recurring issues and share actionable insights to improve processesKey ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries related to registrations, payments, invoices, and event detailsProvide step-by-step guidance for users facing issues on website, payment links, or formsManage inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp support)Follow up with users for pending actions (payment completion, document submission, etc.)Escalate critical issues (payment failures, invoice delays, tech bugs) and ensure closureMaintain CRM hygiene and update user interaction logs accuratelyCoordinate with Finance for invoice-related queries and with Tech/Product for issue resolutionHandle high-volume queries during peak campaign periods while maintaining qualityShare daily reports on queries handled, resolutions, and pending cases


    Required Skills & Qualifications


    Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field2+ years of experience in customer support / operations / event supportStrong communication skills (written & verbal)Ability to handle customer conversations with clarity and professionalismStrong problem-solving and coordination skillsGood organizational and time management abilitiesExperience with CRM tools, email handling systems, or ticketing platformsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

    Guest Relations Lead - ET Digital


    The Economic Times () is seeking a high-impact Guest Relations Lead to spearhead speaker acquisition and VIP relationship management. This role is the bridge between ET's editorial authority and the global ecosystem of power, influence, and innovation.


    Reporting to the AVP - Revenue & Strategic Initiatives and the Editor - ET Digital, you will be responsible for populating our premier digital IPs and large-scale advertiser-funded programs with the world's most influential voices.

    Core Responsibilities

    1. High-Stakes Speaker Sourcing

    Government & Policy: Directly engage and onboard Ministers (Central & State) and IAS officers for policy-driven summits and newsroom initiatives.


    Corporate Leadership: Secure participation from Global CEOs, heads of Large Organizations, and promoters of high-growth Startups and SMEs.


    Global Outreach: Manage relationships with international Speaker Bureaus, talent agencies, and global Influencers to bring world-class perspectives to ET Digital platforms.


    2. Strategic Negotiation & Liaison

    Value Negotiation: Act as the lead negotiator to secure high-value speakers under favorable terms for ET, balancing brand prestige with budgetary efficiency.


    End-to-End VIP Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of guest engagement-from the initial high-level pitch and brief to travel logistics and on-site "Green Room" management.


    Revenue Synergy: Partner with the AVP Revenue to ensure speaker line-ups align with the commercial goals of large advertiser-funded programs without compromising editorial integrity.


    3. Network Building & Intelligence

    Database Mastery: Build and maintain a "living" database of global thought leaders, categorized by domain expertise, influence level, and previous engagement history.


    Trend Spotting: Collaborate with the Editor to identify emerging voices in tech, finance, and policy that can headline future ET Digital IPs.

    Role Overview

    You will be the face of Times Health's nutrition arm - delivering personalized diet consultations to our user base while directly owning retention and contributing to revenue growth.

    Not just advise. Not just consult. Own the user's health outcome.

    This is not a clinic job. This is a tech-first, scale-first role where your clinical expertise meets product thinking, user psychology, and business impact.


    Key Responsibilities

    Deliver High-Impact Diet Consultations

    Conduct 1:1 and group diet consultations (video/audio/chat) for our subscriber base.Design personalized meal plans tailored to Indian dietary habits, regional cuisines, and specific health goals (weight loss, PCOS, diabetes management, thyroid, gut health).Go beyond generic templates - build plans that users actually follow, adapt to, and rave about.Integrate nutrition advice with the user's existing yoga/fitness program on Times Health for a holistic wellness experience.

    Own User Retention (Primary KPI)

    This is your biggest lever.Drive repeat consultations and sustained user engagement through follow-up protocols, check-ins, and progress tracking.Identify and reduce drop-off points - understand why users disengage after Week 1 or Week 3 and fix it.Build "stickiness" through habit formation: weekly meal prep guides, seasonal diet challenges, and community engagement.Target: Improve 30-day and 90-day user retention rates for diet-attached subscribers.Your retention metrics directly influence your performance evaluation and growth trajectory.


    Contribute to Revenue Growth (Secondary KPI)

    Upsell premium consultation packages, specialized diet programs (e.g., 90-day transformation, pregnancy nutrition, sports nutrition), and bundled wellness plans.Identify opportunities to attach health supplements, diagnostic tests, or partner products to your consultation flow.Provide input on pricing and packaging of diet SKUs based on user willingness-to-pay signals you observe first-hand.Revenue is a secondary but meaningful metric - you won't be hard-selling, but you will be expected to understand the commercial layer of your role.


    Build Scalable Nutrition Content & Frameworks

    Create reusable diet templates, meal plan libraries, and condition-specific nutrition guides that can serve thousands of users beyond 1:1 consultations.Collaborate with the content and product team to develop in-app nutrition features (meal trackers, grocery lists, recipe integrations).Contribute to community content - short-form nutrition tips, myth-busters, seasonal eating guides, and Q&A sessions.


    Feed the Product Loop

    Share structured user feedback with the product team - what users ask for, complain about, and love.Help design experiments: "Does adding a free diet assessment increase yoga-to-diet conversion by 20%?"Track and report on your own consultation metrics: NPS, user satisfaction, rebooking rate, and churn reduction.
