Requirements:
Primary ( what he/she does 80% of the time)
Defines and implements sales / revenue strategy. Responsible for driving revenues from India Government Vertical.
Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones for Government vertical
Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation.
Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.
Provide technical and functional leadership, drive innovation and deliver highly critical projects
To develop and implement a business strategy, a business plan and a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
for a specific mid-size territory.
Responsible for customer satisfaction, market participation and revenue within the territory and may act as the senior
interface with key customers
Maintains effective business relationships with senior management and, on occasion, influences client's
executive management
Ensures all targets with respect to collections are fulfilled
Interfaces with the senior management on key accounts
Works closely with the marketing team to achieve desired market positioning
Organization capability building - people skills and process maturity (it's a conscious effort involving
gap identifications, action planning, execution and review mechanism.)
Qualifications & Experience
Has complete understanding and is the acknowledged authority in his domain area
Has in-depth understanding of Business and Market conditions that drive business.
High degree of People Management Skills.
Skills to facilitate inter personal and inter department work issues.
Driving common interest with effective problem solving skills
Extremely good negotiation skills and communication skills.
Engineer and MBA 15 + years
