Position: Store Supervisor
Reporting To : Project Manager
Location : Manawar, Madhya Pradesh, India
The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing site-level inventory and ensuring proper handling, storage, and issuance of electrical materials used in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain stock register and material inventory recordsMonitor inward and outward movement of materialsEnsure proper storage of electrical items (conductors, poles, insulators, hardware, etc.)Coordinate with procurement team and vendorsVerify delivery challans and invoicesMaintain minimum stock levels and raise material requisitionsPrevent material loss, theft, or damageConduct periodic stock verificationPrepare daily/weekly stock reports
Required Qualifications:Graduate in any disciplinePreference for candidates with electrical project store experience
Experience:3-7 years in store handling (preferably in electrical / infrastructure projects)
Skills Required:Knowledge of inventory managementBasic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)Record-keeping and documentation skillsAttention to detailCoordination and communication skills
Salary Range: As per industry standards
