This role is ideal for someone currently in their Freshman, Sophomore, or maximum Junior year of college who is passionate about student communities, communication, and leadership.


    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct outreach initiatives and host weekly polls, info sessions, and community engagement activities.Manage the Substack and oversee content distribution to ensure relevant updates effectively reach the student audience.Connect with students who have successfully transferred and gather insights around opportunities such as LIFW scholarships.Organize and execute events, networking sessions, and community activities in a timely and structured manner.Coordinate with clubs and student groups to ensure communities function smoothly and receive support whenever bottlenecks arise.Monitor community engagement and identify ways to improve participation and member experience.Support communication across multiple groups and ensure members feel informed, connected, and valued.



    Ideal Candidate
