About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations professional with strong expertise in greytHR and end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing employee lifecycle activities, HRMS administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, data management, and HR process automation. The role requires someone who can independently manage HR operations while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities
HRMS (greytHR) Management
Manage and administer the greytHR platform end-to-end.Maintain employee master data and ensure data accuracy and completeness.Configure and manage employee records, organizational structures, workflows, and permissions.Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and employee status changes in the HRMS.Generate and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.Support implementation and optimization of greytHR modules, including attendance, leave, payroll, performance management, training, and employee self-service.Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and documentation.Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, increment letters, and other employment-related documents.Maintain employee personnel files and records.Manage employee confirmations, probation tracking, and separation processes.Payroll & Benefits Administration
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and validate employee data.Ensure accurate processing of attendance, leave records, reimbursements, incentives, and salary revisions.Support payroll audits and reconciliations.Manage employee benefits administration and related documentation.Statutory Compliance
Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements.Maintain statutory records and documentation.Support internal and external audits by providing HR-related data and reports.HR Documentation & Compliance
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee records.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.Manage HR documentation and records in both digital and physical formats.Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly HR dashboards and management reports.Track key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, absenteeism, onboarding, and employee data accuracy.Generate reports from greytHR and other HR systems as required.Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency through automation and system enhancements.Drive data cleanup, process standardization, and HRMS optimization initiatives.Support HR projects and system implementation activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.Required Skills
