Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead, develop, and implement integrated HR strategies across all institutions within our group. The role is central to building a strong people culture, driving operational excellence, and aligning HR practices with our group's strategic objectives.
Reporting to: Management
Key Responsibilities
Lead people and culture initiatives to strengthen engagement, learning, and performance across the group.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations - recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, appraisals, and exits.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks aligned with group standards.
Partner with management and institutional heads for workforce planning, talent retention, and change management.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance while maintaining accurate HR data and insights for decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent (Master's preferred).
7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in multi-unit or education-sector organizations.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence, build culture, and manage HR initiatives across multiple locations.
