    About Triomics:

    Triomics helps oncology organizations scale clinical research and high-quality data creation without scaling headcount. Our AI platform - powered by OncoLLM - automates the operational work behind trial screening, eligibility interpretation, and oncology data abstraction across Prism (trial matching), Harmony (registry + RWE curation), and Symphony (clinician copilot). Built for real-world hospital workflows, Triomics integrates with EHRs and CTMS systems and is deployed with leading academic cancer centers to improve speed, consistency, and audit-ready clinical accuracy.


    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who can sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations - and make things move.

    You will drive cross-functional programs, bring structure to ambiguity, ensure delivery discipline, and help scale execution as we grow. If you love translating strategy into execution plans and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you.


    What You'll Do

    Own end-to-end execution of complex technical programs across engineering and product teamsDrive sprint planning, roadmap tracking, and milestone alignmentIdentify risks early and proactively unblock teamsPartner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to ensure seamless deliveryEstablish scalable processes, dashboards, and reporting mechanismsImprove release cycles and delivery predictabilityWork closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable plansEnsure documentation, communication, and cross-team clarity


    What We're Looking For

    5-8 years of experience in Technical Program Management / Program Management in a product-based companyStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExperience working with engineering teams (AI/ML or healthcare tech exposure is a plus)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to handle ambiguity and operate in fast-paced environmentsExperience with tools like Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar project tracking systems


    Nice to Have

    Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or AI-driven productsExposure to clinical data workflows or regulated environmentsPrior experience in a startup or high-growth company
