    Position Overview


    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager / Business Development Manager with experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets. This role combines sales, account management, and strategic partnership development to drive business growth.


    Key Responsibilities


    Business Development:

    Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries and markets.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and placement goals.Conduct cold calls, networking, and client visits to generate leads and build a pipeline.

    Account Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.

    Sales & Revenue Growth:

    Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable business deals.Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


    Qualifications & Skills

    5 to 7 + years of experience in US staffing / recruiting industry in a sales or account management role.Strong understanding of staffing solutions, workforce models, and hiring trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines.Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

    We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants who are currently on the bench to potential clients for contract and project-based work, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful placements This role requires strong sales acumen, negotiation , and along with an excellent understanding of IT skill sets and market demands.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sourcing & Screening: Identify, evaluate, and qualify IT consultants available for new projects using databases, job boards, and professional networks. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand project requirements and align consultants accordingly. Marketing & Sales: Proactively market the skills and availability of bench consultants to clients, showcasing their qualifications and securing interview opportunities. Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms such as rates, duration, and relevant details with both clients and consultants. Placement Coordination: Manage the end-to-end placement process, from initial discussions to onboarding, ensuring smooth client-consultant transitions. Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate consultant profiles, sales activities, and client communications in ATS and other recruitment systems. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, client demands, market rates, and emerging technologies to enhance placement opportunities.


    Skills & Qualifications:

    Minimum 6 years of experience in Bench Sales/Recruitment (US Staffing preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and consultant engagement. Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful placements. Good understanding of IT industry skills and technologies. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client requirements. Prior experience in US Bench Sales Recruitment is mandatory
