Any Graduate or Postgraduate qualification with 8-10 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 4-5 years in Instructional Design.Must have 5-6 years of hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and PowerPoint.Proven experience in developing both digital learning solutions and Instructor-Led Training (ILT/vILT) content.Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learner experience design.Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, including content deployment, workflow management, reporting, and basic learning analytics.Experience working with AI-enabled content development tools and a strong interest in modern learning technologies.Demonstrated ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor while collaborating effectively with global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.Strong written and verbal English communication skills, high ownership, attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and a learner-centric mindset.
