Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Retail Planner. The Retail Planner will manage demand planning, analyze sales trends, optimize inventory, and develop strategies to improve sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with teams to align inventory with customer needs, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient product distribution.

Strong Analytical Skills and Demand Planning expertiseProficiency in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levelsEffective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendorsKnowledge and experience in Retail operationsHighly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in retail management software and tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferredExperience in a similar role within the retail industry will be advantageous
