Are you someone who loves balancing creativity with numbers?
We're looking for a Merchandiser / Buyer to join our retail team - someone who can make sure the right products are in the right place, at the right time!
What you'll do:
Order merchandise from the franchisor based on store requirements
Ensure smooth stock flow - no stockouts, no dead stock
Analyse sales trends, inventory performance, and buying patterns
Work closely with stores to optimize assortments and ensure strong sell-through
What we're looking for:
Strong analytical and planning skills
Great eye for detail and aesthetics
Proactive, organised, and comfortable with data-driven decisions
Prior experience in retail buying or merchandising preferred
