Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Packages Sales & Operations Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in the travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international holiday package inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and managing end-to-end tour operations to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

Sales Responsibilities:
Handle inbound holiday package inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and website leads. Understand customer travel preferences, budgets, and requirements. Design customized domestic and international holiday packages. Prepare and send detailed itineraries, quotations, and proposals. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Upsell travel insurance, visa assistance, sightseeing, and other travel services. Maintain customer relationship and ensure repeat business and referrals.
Operations Responsibilities:
Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities. Work closely with vendors, DMCs, airlines, and hotels. Process confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents. Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance. Monitor booking deadlines and payment schedules. Handle modifications, cancellations, and customer support. Ensure smooth execution of tours from booking to completion.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations. Experience in itinerary planning and cost calculations. Excellent communication and sales skills. Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors. Knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Familiarity with CRM systems and travel booking portals. Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in holiday package sales and operations. Experience with travel agencies or tour operators is mandatory.
