We're now seeking a Project Head for Product Development to lead the end-to-end design, engineering, and production of our first-generation electrical ORAL Care Products.
Role Overview
As the Project Head, you'll own the complete product development lifecycle - from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and launch. You'll collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and design experts while managing suppliers, testing partners, and contract manufacturers.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an engineer or product developer who loves building real-world consumer hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of the electric Oral Care products - concept, design, prototyping, testing, tooling, and production.Translate user needs and market research into technical specifications and design requirements.Manage and guide a cross-functional team of mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, as well as industrial designers.Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA), and cost efficiency.Oversee prototype testing, validation, and compliance for CE/FCC/BIS, IPX waterproofing, safety, and reliability standards.Coordinate with vendors for component sourcing (motors, batteries, PCBs, bristles, plastics, etc.).Maintain product development timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align product roadmap with launch goals.Foster a culture of innovation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
