Key Responsibilities:
• Own client relationships end-to-end, acting as a strategic partner, not just a messenger.
• Deeply understand client businesses, internal communication challenges, and brand ecosystems.
• Translate complex briefs (often unclear ones!) into sharp, actionable, creative and strategic direction.
• Actively participate in strategy development, campaign ideation, and concept building with creative teams.
• Present, defend, and sell ideas with logic and confidence.
• Challenge briefs when needed and push for stronger, smarter solutions.
• Ensure creative output aligns with brand tone, internal comms objectives, and long-term strategy.
• Stay plugged into culture, media, design, and communication trends.
• Manage timelines and expectations without compromising quality or thinking
Desired Skills & Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in a creative/advertising/branding agency, with hands-on exposure to strategy, branding, internal communications, or integrated campaigns.
• A big-picture thinker who can connect business objectives to strong communication and creative ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to create and present clear, compelling briefs, decks, and arguments.
• Confident in client-facing discussions with the ability to articulate, defend, and refine ideas with clients, creatives, and leadership.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and opinionated (with logic), with the ability to collaborate while constructively challenging thinking
