    Key Responsibilities:


    Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clinics within the regionResponsible for managing end-to-end regional-level hiring Visit clinics daily and work from the clinic to support employees and clinic leadershipSupport end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, role changes, and exitsHandle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with central HRDrive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture at the clinicsSupport performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cyclesEnsure implementation and adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct at clinic levelCoordinate with HR Operations and payroll teams for attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs Support workforce planning, manpower requirements, and hiring coordination for clinicsMaintain accurate employee data, documentation, and regional MIS reports


    Key Competencies:


    Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based, on-ground role o High emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilityStrong communication skills in English and Hindi o Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and basic labor laws

    Company Overview:

    Vetic is a fast-growing, seed-funded pet healthcare startup founded by Gaurav Ajmera (Ex-COO at OYO, Ex-CBO at Pristyn Care). Vetic is transforming pet healthcare by combining advanced medical infrastructure with technology to deliver high-quality veterinary care and convenient services for pet parents.

    We are looking for a Telemedicine Veterinarian who can deliver high-quality remote consultations while supporting clinical teams through expert guidance and case reviews.

    Role Overview:

    The Telemedicine Veterinarian will provide virtual consultations, remote diagnosis support, and clinical guidance to pet parents and veterinarians. While the role is primarily work-from-office(6 days/week), the base clinic location will be Sector 66 for administrative alignment and occasional on-site collaboration when required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Virtual Consultations & Diagnostics

    Conduct real-time video consultations with pet parents to assess symptoms, review patient history, and provide initial diagnoses and treatment recommendations.

    Specialist Consultations

    Provide second opinions and clinical support to Vetic veterinarians by reviewing diagnostics such as radiographs, lab reports, and ECG results.

    Treatment Planning & Monitoring

    Develop comprehensive treatment plans and guide pet parents through medication protocols, recovery care, and chronic condition management.

    Triage & Emergency Guidance

    Evaluate the urgency of cases and advise whether pets require immediate in-clinic treatment, emergency care, or can be managed remotely.

    Case Management & Documentation

    Maintain detailed electronic medical records for every consultation and provide written consultation summaries with clear care instructions.

    Follow-ups & Virtual Rechecks

    Monitor recovery progress through scheduled virtual follow-ups, including reviewing images/videos of surgical sites, wounds, or ongoing treatments.


    Key Requirements:

    Education

    BVSc & AH / MVSc from a recognized veterinary university.

    Clinical Experience

    Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in small animal practice.


    Technology Skills:

    Comfortable using telemedicine platforms, video consultations, and electronic medical records


    Communication Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication to effectively guide pet parents and collaborate with veterinarians remotely
