    Shift Time Europe Shift (3.00 pm to 12 am IST)



    Overview:

    The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and enhancing the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. This role combines strong administrative expertise with the ability to develop custom solutions using Apex triggers and other development tools. The ideal candidate ensures system stability, data integrity, and user adoption while continuously improving the platform's efficiency.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform daily Salesforce administration tasks including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.Configure and customize the platform using objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and Lightning components.Design, build, and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers/classes to extend Salesforce functionality.Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including products, price books, bundles, and quote templates.Build and manage rules (price, discount, product, and validation) to support complex pricing structures in Salesforce CPQ.Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.Manage data integrity through imports, deduplication, and regular audits.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Support deployments, manage sandboxes, and perform testing and change management.Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; recommend and implement improvements.


    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of Salesforce administration experience; Salesforce Certified Administrator required.CPQ experience required. Strong experience writing Apex triggers, classes, and test methods to support automation and custom business logic.Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and permission models.Strong experience with declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).Experience with Data Loader.Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to take direction and work independently while managing multiple priorities.


    Preferred Skills

    Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I certification. Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification. Experience with Lightning App Builder and dynamic forms.Familiarity with APIs, integration tools, and AppExchange applications.

    This Position

    Firewall support Level 1 provides excellent customer service for a fast-paced multitasking service desk environment that supports remote access internet VPN products, managed security and network services, Software as a Service Products (SaaS), with high first call resolution.

    Responsibilities

    Phone/Chat/Email Support Apply handling processes consistently.Log and track all communications received into the ticketing system.Establish a quality working relationship with a variety of customers.Follow defined standards to resolve a specific set of problems.Follow defined standards to collect and follow up on escalated issues.Escalate issues within the defined standards.Level I Support Research and resolve caller inquiries by utilizing established procedures, user manuals, accessing on-line applications, or interacting with internal and external support groups.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and communications issues by interacting with application end users, application engineers, system engineers and hardware / software vendors.

    3. Continuous Improvement

    4. Technical Skills

    Knowledge and experience with network protocols and concepts including SSH, FTP, ICMP, TCPIP (IPv4 & IPv6), Network Address Translation (NAT), SNMP, IPSec, GRE, QoS, and VLANs.Ability to interpret output from network traffic analysis tools such as Ethereal (Wireshark)Effective interpersonal and consulting skills to be used to align customer needs to tactical and strategic solutions.Hands-on experience with Meraki and Fortinet firewalls.Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic team environment.Firewall Implementation and SupportInstalling Managed Network Solutions including Fortinet firewalls.Making changes to firewalls in support of customer's needs.Solving technical customer issues around firewalls, filtering, IP Networking, Routing, VPNs, and application connectivity.Respond to firewall/network issues on a rotating on-call basis. This will, depending on the situation, may require work outside the traditional work hours, including weekends and holidays, and will require carrying and responding to a cell phone or other contact device, as determined by management.Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of the firewalls on an ongoing basis. Recommend improvements in technologies and practices to increase these metrics.Maintain awareness of and familiarity with trends and new developments in technologies used in, or appropriate for use in, firewall support and operating infrastructure.Work with other technical staff to develop firewall architectures, technologies, and quality assurance policies and procedures.Deliver better than agreed customer SLAs.Firewall and VPN ManagementPerform incident, problem, and change management process for firewalls according to ITIL standards.Improve customer satisfaction metric, through stable transparent service

This role is critical to ensuring the performance, availability, and scalability of database systems that support mission-critical applications within our shared cloud operations environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL technologies, and a proactive approach to performance tuning, disaster recovery, and automation.

    Key Responsibilities:
