Inviting suitable aspirants for the role of Associate Advocate for litigation and non-litigation practice in Counsel's Chambers located at Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021.
Aspirants must possess, have and be adept in: -
A valid Law Degree from a reputed law college and a valid Sanad;Prior work experience of minimum Five (5) years in law firm/ counsel chambers in the field of Civil Litigation and Non-ligation, especially pertaining to property laws/ commercial laws/ succession laws;Handling multiple matters and appearing before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities - independently and/ or with seniors;Drafting various pleadings in suits, writ petitions and other applications, as well as various deeds and documents;Research on various issues and points of law, by using diverse legal tools;Briefing and assisting Counsel/ Seniors, and doing all necessary and ancillary functions for taking matters forward;Delivering work in a set time frame;Case management and client liaising;Interpersonal skills and be a team player;Proficiency in MS Word and MS ExcelProfessional fees will be commensurate with experience and in line with market standards.
