    Key Responsibilities

    Prior Healthcare Claims experience is a must! Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls)Provide accurate information related to appointments, billing, insurance, or general healthcare queriesMaintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standardsVerify customer identity before sharing any informationDocument interactions clearly and accurately in the systemEscalate issues as per defined processes when requiredMaintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
