Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and facilitating board meetings including preparation of agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filing annual returns, disclosures, and resolutions.Maintaining corporate records, registers, and statutory books as per the applicable laws and regulations.Advising management and board members on corporate governance best practices, legal requirements, and compliance issues.Guiding corporate governance best practices and implementing governance frameworks.Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) 0-3 years of post-qualification experience Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), FEMA, and other corporate laws.Strong drafting, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines
