Role & responsibilities
Customer and Market Insights: Develop an in-depth understanding of customer and influencer preferences in the assigned market, analyze competition offerings versus our offerings, and formulate actionable strategies to create a sustainable competitive advantage for brand Walplast.
Market Penetration and Coverage: Ensure that Walplast gains traction in the market through aggressive market coverage (reach & penetration).Communicate product quality to clients, trade, builders, contractors, applicators, and architects through repeated product presentations and demonstrations.
Dealer Support and Inventory Management: Convince and enable channel partners to invest in and maintain appropriate inventory levels of Walplast- Tile Adhesive and allied products by creating awareness and demand through influencers and client activation.
Sales Strategy: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Revenue Growth: Meet the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
Market Research: Conduct regular market research to gain market intelligence, gauge selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs with a good geographical understanding.
Preferred candidate profile
3-5 years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably from the Tile Adhesives and range of TA industry. Will handle
Tiles Adhesive & Range of TA products Job location will be
Bhubaneshwar or Sambalpur( location exposure is a must)
