    Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Plan and allocate resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Monitor project performance (KPIs, milestones, risks) and implement corrective actions where needed. Communicate project status, issues, and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, marketing) to execute project tasks. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, assess impact and realign resources. Ensure quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to project goals. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-mortem reviews.


    Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager or leader, preferably in a software / tech environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams. Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello). Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.


    Desirable Experience in mobile / web product development, SaaS, or digital projects. PMP / Agile / Scrum certification. Exposure to client-facing or vendor coordination roles.
