Job Summary
Looking for an Engineer, with experience creating construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software, and 3D modeling experience using SolidWorks. Experience in architectural 3D modelling is strongly preferred.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, with an expectation of 48 hours per week. Monday to Saturday.
Location
Chakan, Pune.
Responsibilities and Duties
Model architectural trim products using SolidWorksCreate 2D plans, elevations and details including wall sections, connection, and framing detailsDevelop drawing submittals and revisions for customer approvalError proofing of drawingsCreating production models and first article inspection drawings.Generating first article reports for the drawingsAssisting QC team for any first article inspection queriesCreate 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing at supplier'sCreate Bill of Materials and verify vendor drawingsSupport Engineering Manager in miscellaneous tasksRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum.
SolidWorks 2021/ Autodesk Inventor modeling, utilizing parts and assemblies - 3 years exp.; Intermediate skill levelAutoCAD 2010 or newer (Or DraftSight) drafting of building construction architectural details, creating drawing sets using sheet layouts in AutoCAD - 3 years exp.; Intermediate skill levelGD&TCommercial building construction exposure - 3 years exp.; Intermediate skill levelInterpreting U.S. construction materials, building practices, architectural, and structural construction drawingsMicrosoft Excel, Word - Intermediate skill levelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliar with modern computer hardware, software, and cloud sharing servicesPreferred (all the above, and)
Minimum Education
Bachelor of Architecture, Civil Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer that meets the above qualifications.

Salary
30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month, negotiable based on experience.

Job Summary
Wilson Composites India LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling activities across multiple construction projects.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate project schedules, integrating resource planning, and providing actionable insights that support timely project delivery. The Scheduler plays a critical role in aligning scope, timelines, and resources, and works closely with the Project Manager and project teams to ensure execution stays on track.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Scheduling & Planning
Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 (mandatory)Create baseline schedules, track progress, and monitor deviationsPrepare look-ahead schedules (3-week / 6-week) for site execution2. Coordination & Monitoring
Coordinate schedules across internal teams, subcontractors, and tradesIdentify potential delays, risks, and conflicts proactivelyTrack milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities3. Reporting & Analysis
Generate periodic schedule reports and dashboards for managementConduct delay analysis and provide data-driven recommendationsSupport decision-making through accurate and timely schedule insights4. WBS & Project Structuring
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for projectsPrepare and update WBS Dictionary with scope, deliverables, and responsibilitiesEnsure alignment between scope, schedule, and execution strategy5. Resource Planning & Allocation
Perform resource loading in Primavera P6Map labor, equipment, and materials to project activitiesIdentify and resolve resource conflicts, over-allocations, and gapsIndependently manage resource planning for standard projectsCollaborate with Project Manager for complex project resource decisions6. Risk & Change Management
Assess schedule impact of change orders, delays, and scope variationsContribute to project risk register with mitigation strategiesMaintain records of schedule revisions and as-built timelines7. Continuous Improvement
Analyze schedule performance trends across projectsCapture lessons learned and recommended process improvementsEnhance scheduling accuracy and project predictabilityKey Skills & Knowledge Required
Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6Experience in WBS development, resource loading, and schedule analysisExposure to tools like Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar is an advantageExperience in commercial / residential / industrial construction preferred Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.Education Requirements
BE in Civil / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical (if from EPC / MEP background)
Architecture (only if candidate has strong P6 experience)
Work Experience
2-4 years of experience in project scheduling/planning within construction or related industry
