Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Operations Leader to manage and drive performance across high-footfall retail and food outlets within the park ecosystem. The role requires strong operational control, commercial ownership, and customer experience management across retail, cinema-style service environments, and QSR formats.
This role is ideal for professionals from multiplex chains, organized retail brands, food courts, QSR brands, or large-format consumer experience businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Commercial Performance
Drive revenue growth across retail and F&B outlets.Manage store-level P&L, budgets, and cost optimization.Analyze sales trends, footfall conversion, and product mix performance.Plan pricing, promotions, merchandising, and seasonal campaigns.Improve per capita spend and operational efficiency.
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations across retail stores, kiosks, and food outlets.Ensure SOP adherence, service consistency, and operational discipline.Manage inventory, stock rotation, shrinkage control, and procurement.Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.Ensure smooth peak-hour and weekend operations.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Deliver high-quality customer experience in high-footfall environments.Resolve escalations and service complaints effectively.Monitor service speed, quality standards, and hygiene practices.Implement initiatives to enhance guest engagement and repeat visits.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise retail and outlet teams.Drive performance through KPIs and productivity metrics.Build a service-oriented and sales-driven culture.Manage shift planning and manpower optimization.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with food safety, retail standards, and HSE norms.Maintain statutory compliance and operational audits.Ensure hygiene and safety standards across outlets.
Market & Business Development
Track industry trends in retail, cinema, and QSR formats.Introduce new product lines, events, and promotional concepts.Benchmark against competitors and improve offerings
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing
high-volume customer environments.Background in organized retail, cinema chains, multiplexes, QSR brands, or malls.Strong commercial and operational management capability.Experience handling multi-outlet operations preferred.Proven ability to drive revenue and improve customer experience.Strong people management and shift-based operations exposure.
