    At Xobin, we're not looking for someone to just run ads. We're looking for someone who can own revenue through performance marketing. You will be responsible for building and scaling our paid acquisition engine, optimizing the full funnel, and driving qualified pipeline, not just leads.


    What You'll Own


    Paid Acquisition Own end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and scaling decisionsIdentify and target high-intent keywords and audiencesContinuously optimize for qualified leads (QLs), CAC, and ROI


    Funnel Ownership

    Own and optimize the full funnel: Click Lead Qualified Lead CustomerAnalyze drop-offs and improve conversion rates at each stageWork closely with sales team to:Track lead qualityImprove lead customer conversionBuild strong feedback loops



    Creatives, Messaging & Conversion

    Write and test ad copies, hooks, and offersWork on landing page optimization (CRO)Continuously run A/B tests on:AdsLanding pagesTargeting


    Experimentation & Growth

    Test new campaign types, audiences, and strategiesExplore new paid channels beyond Google AdsIdentify scalable growth opportunities


    What Success Looks Like

    Increase in qualified leads (QLs)Improved ROAS and reduced CACHigher lead-to-customer conversion rateA predictable and scalable paid growth engine


    Who You Are

    3-5 years of experience in Google Ads / Performance MarketingStrong experience in B2B lead generationDeep understanding of funnel, CAC, and ROIHands-on with:Google AdsGA4CRM toolsYou think in business outcomes, not vanity metricsHighly analytical, experimental, and execution-focused


    Bonus Points

    Experience in SaaS / HRTechManaged 5L+/month ad budgetsExperience with multi-geo campaigns (US, UK, UAE, India)Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
