Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end US IT Staffing operations, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs.Act as the senior point of contact for US clients, managing escalations, negotiations, and long-term client relationships.Drive rate, margin, and contract negotiations with clients and vendors.Handle high-pressure and complex situations involving client demands, delivery challenges, and team performance.Resolve issues across client-facing operations and internal recruitment teams in a timely and structured manner.Build, mentor, and manage high-performing US recruitment and delivery teams.Drive productivity, performance metrics, and accountability across teams.Take ownership of critical decision-making, acting independently when required to meet business objectives.Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.Strengthen internal processes, leadership capability, and team structure within the US Staffing function.Required Competencies & Skills:
