Role Overview
As a Senior Social Media Account Manager, you will own social media strategy and execution for large, enterprise- grade B2B clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how the social landscape is evolving - from platform algorithms and executive visibility to employer reputation and AI-assisted workflows.
You will act as the owner of social for your accounts - shaping what gets said, where it shows up, and how it's managed - while working closely with content, design, digital, and account teams.
Corporate candidates with strong in-house social or communications experience are welcome. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
1.Social Strategy & Narrative Management
Own social media strategy for assigned B2B accounts - aligned to brand positioning and business prioritiesTranslate campaigns, thought leadership, and leadership POVs into clear social narrativesBuild monthly and quarterly content plans with intent (not just frequency)2.Reputation & Trust Management
