About the Role
We are seeking a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Guest Relations Executive to represent our wellness outlet inside the Navi Mumbai International Airport. This is a guest-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and converting interactions into revenue. The role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and direct sales in a premium airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Engagement & Sales
Proactively approach and greet guests in the lounge with confidence and warmthIntroduce guests to our wellness services, express therapies, and special offersGenerate sales by converting walk-in guests through persuasive communication and relationship-buildingUpsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, time availability, and preferencesMaintain a strong presence in the lounge to maximize visibility and walk-in conversionsRevenue Generation & Promotions
Consistently work towards daily and monthly sales targetsSupport cross-promotions with other brands and partners within the airport to drive additional footfallAssist in executing in-lounge promotions, offers, and campaignsCapture guest interest efficiently, especially for short-layover and transit passengersGuest Experience & Brand Representation
Deliver a warm, premium, and professional guest experience at all timesAct as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outletAddress basic guest queries and escalate concerns to the Outlet Manager when requiredEnsure the outlet ambience, hygiene, and presentation meet high service standardsOperational Support
Coordinate with therapists and beauticians to ensure smooth guest flowSupport appointment scheduling and service readinessFollow SOPs related to service standards, hygiene, and airport complianceDesired Profile
Strong people skills with confidence in initiating conversations with strangersSales-driven mindset; experience in credit card sales, club memberships, retail sales, hospitality sales, beauty or wellness services is highly preferredComfortable approaching guests and actively promoting servicesExcellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusWell-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanorResponsible, disciplined, and dependableWork Environment & Flexibility
